1What happens when the recipient is not at the delivery address?
Possible incidents:
Leave it with someone close, such as a neighbor, coworker or receptionist. If necessary, the sender will receive a phone call or text message notifying them. If there is no one to leave the arrangement with, we will try to contact you to resolve the situation. In the event of no response, you will be notified by phone or email to proceed with rescheduling. This new shipment will generate an additional cost of shipment. In the event that the address is a hospital or hotel, Designer 23 must adhere to the reception policies of the establishment.
2What are the payment options?
For payments in dollars you can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards to make your payment with PayPal in our online store.
3What are the delivery times?
We deliver in two schedules 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and 1:31 pm to 6:00 pm. Monday to Friday. Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. If your payment is received in the morning, the delivery will be made in the afternoon. If payment is received in the afternoon, delivery will be scheduled for the next day. For exceptional cases of delivery times, you should contact our staff.
During February 14th and May 10th, the delivery service is during the day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
4What is the flower delivery coverage?
We have service in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. We do not ship to rural areas. Delivery cost is according to the shipping address selected in your purchase.
5Where are deliveries made?
We deliver to homes, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, funeral homes, shopping centers, restaurants, among others. To make delivery possible, it is very important that you provide us with ALL the data that is requested when filling in the recipient's information at the time of placing the order. If the place of delivery is not possible, our staff will contact you to provide us with a new address. This will generate a new shipping cost
